We run the music and the microphones, from the processional through the last song. Clear sound, a dance floor that fills, and nobody wondering who is supposed to be making announcements.
Ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. Wireless microphones for your officiant and your toasts, dance-floor lighting, and an MC who keeps the evening moving without making it about himself.
Homecoming, winter formal, prom. Clean radio edits only, a playlist built with your students, and a setup that is loaded in and tested long before doors open.
Background music through dinner, a microphone that works for the speeches, and dancing afterwards if that is where the night goes.
Anniversaries, graduations, quinceañeras, backyard parties. Tell us the room and the crowd and we will bring the right amount of system.
Most DJs make you book a call to find out what they charge. We would rather you knew now, so the conversation we have is about your evening instead of your budget.
We own ten powered speakers and two subwoofers. That means a 40-guest ceremony under a juniper and a 200-guest reception in a barn get the right amount of sound, not whatever fits in one car.
A battery-powered system runs a full outdoor ceremony with no power within reach, and your officiant wears a lavalier rather than holding a microphone through your vows.
A wired microphone already plugged in, spare cables, and a second music source in the bag. The most common way a reception goes wrong is equipment, and we plan for it.
You will hear back the same day. Couples consistently say responsiveness is what earns their trust, and it is the easiest promise for us to keep.
Ranches, vineyards, resorts, barns, golf clubs, event halls and back yards. Travel is included anywhere on this list — if you are just outside it, ask and we will quote the drive.
Dry Canyon Sound is a father and son in Redmond. Collin runs the music; Scott runs the microphone and the logistics. Both of us carry the boxes.
We named it after the canyon that runs through our own town. We are not a franchise, we are not sending a stranger to your wedding, and when you call the number on this page one of the two people working your event picks up.
Dry Canyon Sound LLC is a registered Oregon company, licensed in the City of Redmond and carrying general liability insurance. We can send a certificate of insurance naming your venue, which most venues will ask for.
The more you tell us, the more useful our first reply is. Nothing here commits you to anything.
Send it to info@drycanyonsound.com and you will hear back the same day.
